Mafang Street

Mafang street, a street under the jurisdiction of Chengbei District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, is located in the middle and west of Chengbei district. It is connected with Xiaoqiao street in the East, Huangshui River in the south, dabaozi town in the West and Haizigou Township in Huangzhong County in the north. History of construction

In 1963, Xiaoqiao street was re established and a residents committee was set up in Chaidamu road. The non-agricultural population in Mafang area was under the jurisdiction of the residents committee.

In June 1972, Mafang street was set up under the leadership of the Western District of the city, with five residents committees.

In the first half of 1974, there were 14 neighborhood committees.

In February 1977, the former Sanqi third, fourth and fifth residents' committees and the first and second residents' committees of dabuzi were assigned to the newly established Sanqi street.

In July 2004, Sanqi street was merged into Mafang street, and Yanzhuang community in Xiaoqiao street and Sanqi village in dabaozi town were assigned to Mafang street.
