Quguanna town
Qugaona Town, belonging to Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Zhouqu County. It borders Liangshui Town, Wudu District, Longnan City in the East, Boyu Township and Zhongzhai Township in the south, Gongba Township in the West and pingya Township, Wudu District, Longnan City in the North. The area is 444.54 square kilometers. In 2018, 13055 people registered residence.
After 1949, it belongs to Yangshan Township, chagang District, Zhuoni county. In 1958, it was transferred to Zhouqu County. In 1959, it was under the jurisdiction of tieba commune. Later, the commune was transformed into a township. In September 2006, tieba Township and Danian Township were merged into qugaona township. In 2017, the township was replaced by township. In June 2020, qugaona town has 16 administrative villages.
