Huguan Township

Huguan Township, belonging to Kangle County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Kangle County, with Lintao County of Dingxi City in the East, Fucheng town and Kangfeng Township in the south, Liuchuan Township in the West and Guanghe County in the north. The area is 68.68 square kilometers. In 2018, 26934 people registered residence.

In 1932, it was separated from Lintao County, belonging to the first district of Kangle county. In September 1958, Huguan commune was established. On November 21 of the same year, Kangle county was abolished and merged into Hezheng county. Huguan township was still a commune. On December 15, 1961, the State Council approved the restoration of Kangle county. On July 31, 1983, the commune was changed into the Township People's government. In October 2019, Huguan township has jurisdiction over 10 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 10 industrial enterprises in Huguan township.

Huguan township is located in the northeast of Kangle County, adjacent to Lintao County of Dingxi City in the East, attached towns and Kangfeng Township in the south, Liuchuan Township in the West and Guanghe County in the north. The area is 68.68 square kilometers.

Huguan township is located in the transition zone between the Loess Plateau and the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. The terrain is high in the southwest and low in the northeast, with an average altitude of 1958 meters.
