Dongfu town
Dongfu Town, belonging to Beilin District, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the Middle East of Beilin District and on the left bank of Hulan River. It is adjacent to Xingfu Township in the East, Wanfa town of Bayan County across Nanni River in the south, Xinhua Township in the West and Qinjia town across Hulan River in the north. In 2018, the area of East Fu town was 160.1 square kilometers, and the registered residence population was 32348.
In October 2019, six administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Dongfu town.
In 2017, there were 54 enterprises in Dongfu town with 1558 employees, including 47 industrial enterprises and 26 large-scale enterprises; in 2018, there were 47 industrial enterprises in Dongfu town with 26 large-scale enterprises and 29 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
In the 10th year of Daoguang reign of Qing Dynasty (1830), liujiawo fort was built; in the 13th year, Great Central fort was built; in the 15th year, liutianyutun, the third team of Li Nong, was set up, belonging to Hulan bakalun.
Tongzhi first year (1862), belongs to Hulan hall Bayan su.
Guangxu 11 years (1885), under the Suihua director general office.
In 1914, it was assigned to the Second District of Suihua county.
In 1918, the big central fort, the small central fort and the three villages with three surnames in the former democratic village were assigned to the eighth police station, while the rest were assigned to the sixth police station.
In October 1946, the original Wanhe, Xianfeng, Linong, Yaofang, Xinghuo, Dongfu and Xifu villages in Suidong county were assigned to Qinjia District, while the original Dongfanghong, Taiyangsheng, Jianshe, Dongsheng and Minzhu villages were assigned to Jinhe District, Suidong county.
In June 1947, it belonged to Qinjia and Jinhe districts.
In 1948, it belonged to Xingfu District of Suihua county.
In April 1956, Dongfu township was established.
In 1958, it merged with Xincheng, Xingfu and Minzhu townships to form Xingfu commune.
In March 1961, Dongfu commune was set up, which has jurisdiction over 11 brigades, including people's livelihood, democracy, Wanfa, union, Xinyuan, Jianshe, Yaofang, Dongfu, Xifu, and Linong.
In 1962, the people's livelihood brigade was divided into two groups: Dongfanghong and Taiyangsheng.
In 1966, the team of Li Nong was divided into two groups: Li Nong and Xianfeng, the team of construction was divided into two groups: Jian She and Dongsheng, and the team of Yaofang was divided into two groups: Yaofang and Xinghuo.
In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a township.
In 2001, Dongfu village and Xifu village were merged into Dongfu village, Jianshe village, Dongsheng Village and Minzhu village into Jianshe village, Dongfanghong village and Taiyangsheng village into Taiyangsheng village, Xinghuo village into Yaofang village, and Xianfeng village into Lixiang village.
In 2014, the township was removed and the town was built.

Dongfu town is located in Songnen Plain, the terrain is high in the South and low in the north; four villages, Jianshe, Yaofang, Dongfu and Taiyangsheng, are flat; two villages, Wanhe and Linong, have hills and are wavy plains. Sunlaoyetun, the lowest peak in the territory, is located in Wanhe village, 151 meters above sea level.

natural disaster
The main natural disaster in Dongfu town was gale; the most serious one occurred in April 1953, when the yellow wind began to blow at about 1:00 p.m. one day, and yellow clouds rose in the northwest, covering the sky, dust and darkness. The yellow wind blew for about an hour, making people unable to walk and birds unable to fly. Some plots of crops were destroyed and countless thatched houses were blown away. In August 1977, when wheat had been collected, Wanhe village suffered tornadoes for two consecutive days (one day). The wind is blowing from the culvert on the Wanhe village line of Binbei line. The wind is strong and fierce, with raindrops, and all the tiles on the roof of Wanhe village are swept away. The carts in the village blow from the yard to the outside, causing great losses.
