Zhuyuan Township
Zhuyuan Township, belonging to Dangchang County, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the southeast of Dangchang County, bordering Baihe Town of Li County in the East, Shizi town in the south, Guanting Town, ganjiangtou town and Nanyang town in the west, and Hanyuan Township in the north, with a total area of 104.66 square kilometers.
Before 1949, Zhuyuan Township belonged to Lianggong township of Min county; in October 1983, Zhuyuan Township commune was changed to Zhuyuan township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Zhu Yuan Township was 5248. As of June 2020, Zhuyuan village has eight administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in Zhuyuan village.
Zhuyuan township's food crops are mainly wheat, corn and potato; its main economic crops are medicinal materials and oil crops; its animal husbandry is mainly raising pigs, sheep, cattle and poultry.
History of construction
Before 1949, it belonged to Lianggong township of Min county.
In January 1950, Zhuyuan township was established.
In April 1961, jianzhuyuan commune was established.
In October 1983, Zhuyuan commune was transformed into Zhuyuan township.
