Qingcheng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Qingcheng County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, is located in the middle of Qingcheng County, bordering Nanzhuang Township in the East, Banqiao Township in Heshui County in the southeast, Gaolou Township in the south, baimapu Township in the southwest, caijiamiao Township in the west, sanliupu Township in the northwest and xuanma town in the north. The administrative area is 109.73 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 54928 households registered residence in Qing City.
In February 1962, it was renamed Lianchi commune and Chengguan town was established. In January 1985, it was renamed Qingcheng town. As of June 2020, Qingcheng town has 7 communities, 9 administrative villages, 1 Development Zone Management Committee and 1 living area management committee.
In 2011, the total revenue of Qingcheng was 3.273 million yuan, an increase of 11.2% over the previous year. The local fiscal revenue was 2.433 million yuan, an increase of 1% over the previous year. From the perspective of major taxes, business tax is 2.163 million yuan, value-added tax is 25.6 million yuan, and enterprise income tax is 11.3 million yuan. The per capita fiscal revenue was 2146 yuan, an increase of 18.3% over the previous year. In 2011, the total agricultural output value was 82.832 million yuan. In 2018, there were 36 industrial enterprises in Qingcheng Town, including 6 large-scale enterprises and 86 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In February 1940, Chengguan District was established. In May of the same year, Qingyang City (township level) was established, which belongs to the Anti Japanese democratic government of Qingyang County.
In June 1950, it was changed to Yingfeng district.
In November 1955, it was changed into Chengguan Township.
In September 1958, it was changed into Qingfeng commune.
In February 1962, it was renamed Lianchi commune and Chengguan town was established.
In January 1985, it was renamed Qingcheng town.

As of June 2020, Qingcheng town has 7 communities: Beijie community, Nanjie community, fengchengyuan community, Fengbei community, Qingbei community, Tiancheng community and Lianchi community; 9 administrative villages: fengjiadong village, yaowangdong village, Lianchi village, Xiyuan village, Shiliping village, dianziping village, jiaozichuan village, Wulipo village and dongwangyuan village; 1 Development Zone Management Committee: Lianchi Development Zone of Qingcheng county District Management Committee Office, a living area management committee: zhouzu Forest Park living area, people's Government in Qingcheng North Street.

Gaojiamao, the highest point in the territory, is located in liushuzhuang formation of Xiyuan village, with an altitude of 1256 meters; Malian River beach at the exit of Yangqu, the lowest point, is located in Pozi formation of dianziping village, with an altitude of 1018 meters.
