History of construction
In 1989, it was the immigration base of Dongxiang County, Linxia Prefecture.
In September 1990, led by Dongxiang County Agricultural Committee, 24 representatives from 12 villages and towns came to Xiaojinwan immigration base to roughly divide the area under its jurisdiction and began to immigrate.
In 1992, the resettlement work was basically completed.
In 1995, Yumen intervened in the management of Xiaojinwan immigrants' education, family planning and social security in advance.
