Lianghu Township
Lianghu township is an immigrant Township in Guazhou County, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. It is located in the middle reaches of Shule River. It is 28km away from Shuangta lake, the largest agricultural irrigation reservoir in Gansu Province, in the East, 18km away from Guazhou County in the west, with Jieshan and South Main Canal in the south, endless black Gobi and Shule River in the north, and G30 of Lianhuo expressway.

On April 8, 2008, the official reply of Gansu Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on the establishment of Lianghu Township and Shahe Hui Township in Dushanzi Dongxiang Township and Guazhou County of Yumen City within the agricultural reclamation area of Shulehe project in Jiuquan City (GaN Minfu No. 15) approved the establishment of Lianghu township. On October 27, 2008, the immigrants of Shulehe River resettlement project Lianghu agricultural reclamation project area were transferred to Guazhou county and Lianghu township was established.

Lianghu township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the township government is located in Chenjiazhuang village. Among them, seven immigrant villages are Jinwu village, Yanhu village, Chenjiazhuang village, Yinhe village, minzhou village, Shuangzhou village, Qingshan village and Xiaowan village, which are established by the state-owned Xiaowan farm company. Wucun, the earliest administrative village in the township, was named No. 1 at that time. It was emigrated from Longnan in 1998. It was originally called twelve yuan, and only three families were left before the settlement. After that, there was a golden poplar forest in the south. The locals called the poplar tree (also called Hu Tongshu) called Wutong tree, and was named "golden Wucun". Yanhu village is No.2, named after the terrain; Chenjiazhuang village is No.3, the old place name, where the township government is located. Most of the two villages are immigrants from Dangchang, and some of them are settled in Tianzhu Gulang and other counties. Yinhe village is the No.4 spot, which is the immigrant of Maiji Mountain. It gets its name because the main irrigation canal passes through the middle of the village, like Yinhe dividing the village into two parts. Minzhou village is No.5 site. It is an immigrant from Minxian County, named after Guazhou, Minxian county. Shuangzhou village and Qingshan village are immigrants from Zhouqu. Shuangzhou is named after Guazhou in Zhouqu. Qingshan village is located in the northeast of Shuangzhou village, near Jieshan. Xiaowan village originally belongs to Xiaowan farm, which is composed of farm Department and No.1 to No.5 company. It is the last and largest administrative village in Lianghu township.
