Daozuo Township

Daozuo township of Qionglai City, a green food Park and ecological culture Township, is located in Qionglai city of Chengdu, 25 kilometers away from Qionglai city. It is located in the mountainous area, covering an area of 32.31 square kilometers. Daozuo Township governs 7 natural villages, 88 villager groups, and 6872 people (2017). It is one of the old revolutionary base areas. The bamboo source area of the township is 18500 mu. In 2005, under the guidance of Laishan paper industry and Qionglai Forestry Bureau, scientific tending of 11000 Mu was carried out. Through tending, the annual cutting amount per mu is more than 300 kg, and the per capita income of the whole township is increased by 120 yuan. Daozuo Township also uses woodland resources to raise more than 60000 ecological native chickens, and the annual income of farmers from this project is 2 million yuan.

In December 2019, Chengdu Municipal People's government decided to abolish daozuo township.

The annual average sunshine hours are about 1050 hours, and the annual average rainfall is about 960mm. Daozuo township has a forest area of 22080 mu, including 18637 mu of bamboo forest, with an annual output of 20000 tons of commercial bamboo, 1000 mu of citrus and 2000 tons of citrus; 2000 mu of high-quality Southern precocious pear, 500 tons of high-quality precocious pear, 2500 mu of pollution-free vegetables and 10000 tons of pollution-free vegetables. It is famous for its rich natural gas and potash. It is rich in tourism resources. There are unique scenic spots in Western Sichuan, such as pseudokarst cave group, Zhaigou scenery and shiheyan. People from all walks of life and businesses are welcome to invest in tourism. Daozuo township has made great efforts to expand employment channels and guide private capital to transform into private capital for investment and development in daozuo. Six bamboo fence factories and one cloth bag factory have been built in the township. More than 1100 local workers have been transferred, and the average wage income of the employed is more than 4500 yuan per capita.

Yanjiang community of daozuo township is located in the political, economic and cultural center of daozuo Township, covering an area of 3.8 square kilometers. It governs 15 groups, with a total number of 781 households and a total population of 1938 (including 581 agricultural households, 1629 non-agricultural households, 200 non-agricultural households, 309 non-agricultural households, 848 labor forces and 71 party members). There are 380 migrant workers and 504 surplus labor forces in the village. There are 408 households and 889 residents in 5 villager groups There are 10 groups, 373 households and 1049 people living in mountainous areas with poor production and living conditions. The village has 979.2 mu of arable land (0.6 mu per capita), of which 483.05 Mu has been converted to forest and 700 Mu has forest land. In 2010, the per capita income of the whole village was 5800 yuan. The service functions of village committee include library and distance education for Party members.

Zhaigou Village

Zhaigou village, daozuo Township, 29 kilometers away from Qionglai City, covers an area of 5.1 square kilometers. It has 15 villager groups, 540 households and a population of 1365 (including 1100 workers and 53 party members). There are 338 migrant workers in the village, 620 people from 249 households in 6 groups live in the town, and 745 people from 291 households in 9 groups live in mountainous areas with poor production and living conditions. There are 30 villagers' representatives in the village. The cultivated land area of the village is 992 mu (0.43 mu per capita), of which 467.75 Mu has been converted to forest and 1800 Mu has forest land. The main economic sources of the village are agriculture, breeding, labor and the tertiary industry (Commerce, etc.).

PIBA Village

PIBA village of daozuo township is located in the mountainous area in the south of Qionglai, 25 kilometers away from Qionglai city. Covering an area of 6.5 square kilometers, the village has 13 villager groups, 571 households and a population of 1486 people, including 428 migrant workers, 394 local transferred labor force and 312 people engaged in agricultural production all the year round. There are 2 villager ladies, 87 households living in the town, 11 groups, 484 households and 1006 people living in mountainous areas with poor production and living conditions. The village has 2028 mu of arable land (1.36 mu of arable land per capita), of which 298 Mu has been converted to forest, and 1213 Mu has forest land.

Dingguo Village

Dingguo village, daozuo Township, is located in the southern mountainous area of Qionglai city. The village committee is 30 kilometers away from Qionglai city and 4 kilometers away from daozuo township government. The village has 9 villager groups, 293 households and 809 people, including 468 labor force. Among the labor force, 232 people are migrant workers all year round, 91 people are transferred locally, and 229 people are engaged in agricultural production all year round. The village covers an area of 3.3 square kilometers, with more than 1887 mu of arable land and more than 1503 mu of woodland. At present, there are 26 low-income households, 49 people, and 5 people with five guarantees in the village. The whole village has built 7.1km cement road and 2km gravel road. The power supply rate of the whole village was 100%, and the water supply rate was 85%. The main economic income of the villagers in the village is traditional planting and breeding, labor transfer and forest and bamboo industry income.

Zhangdian Village

Zhangdian village is located in the remote mountainous area of daozuo Township, covering an area of 5.25 square kilometers, bordering Jinhua village of Pingle town. It governs nine villager groups, with a total number of 218 households and a total population of 705 (420 labor force and 29 party members). The village has 220 migrant workers and 200 surplus labor force. The village has 620 mu of cultivated land (0.9 mu of cultivated land per capita) and 6000 mu of forest land. The main sources of income are forest and bamboo, farming and labor. In 2011, the per capita net income was 4800 yuan / year.

Zhuanqiao Village

Zhuanqiao village is located 4 kilometers south of daozuo Township, covering an area of 3.5 square kilometers. It governs 9 villager groups, of which 3 groups (1, 2, 9 groups) are located by wojia Road, with a total number of 389 households and a total population of 1220 (35 party members). The village has 280 migrant workers and 306 surplus labor force. The village has 1689 mu of arable land (1.38 mu of arable land per capita), of which 424.57 Mu has been converted to forest and 170 mu of woodland 0 mu.

Wanfu Village

Wanfu village is located in the southwest of daozuo Township, 2 kilometers away from daozuo township government. The village covers an area of 6.7 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 19 villager groups. The total number of households is 432, the total population is 1206 (including 1200 agricultural population and 6 non-agricultural population), the labor force is 819 and the party members are 58. There are 380 migrant workers and 504 surplus labor force in the village, of which 13 groups live in mountainous areas with poor production and living conditions. The village has 1675.4 mu of arable land, of which 48.95 Mu has been converted to forest, and 1100 Mu has forest land. The main economic sources of the village are forest and bamboo industry and vegetable industry.

Origin of township name

According to the annals of Qionglai County of the Republic of China, daozuo temple was formed in the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. There are two temples, Wenwu temple, on the field. The temple is built from south to north, which is opposite to many temples from north to south. Therefore, daozuo temple is called "daozuo Temple". After liberation, the temple was destroyed and the site was built. The homonym was changed to daozuo. In the 29th year of the Republic of China, when the new county system was implemented, it was named daozuo township.

Urban construction

A new cement road with a length of about 1000 meters and a width of 2.5 meters has been built in daozuo township. The construction of ecological home in the core area of 13, 14 and 15 groups of Wanfu village has been completed, 16 households have been transformed into houses, and more than 120 mu of golden pears and 60 mu of vegetables have been planted. The road from group 13 of PIBA Village (formerly group 6 of Duanwang Village) to dashangang has been completed. This road is another convenient passage connecting Linji town and daozuo township. Now it is only 10.5 km from daozuo to Linji, which is 10 km shorter than that from daozuo to Pingle wangshuinian Shitou Linji. Among the 82 Households Participating in the "three reforms and two constructions" in daozuo Township, 14 households have completed the kitchen renovation, 10 toilets renovation, 9 circles renovation, 16 biogas digesters construction, 17 bathrooms construction, 1686 square meters of courtyard dam hardening and 1591.8 meters of entrance road hardening (including 15 groups of 505.3 meters of entrance road with a width of 2.2 meters). A total of 61 households participated in the construction, with 1561.5 meters of entrance road and 1761 square meters of courtyard dam hardened. Wanfu village has completed the acceptance of more than 70 households, with a total of more than 500 meters of access road (2.2 meters wide). 13 groups of cement roads of 600 meters were completed. The construction of cement road in Zhangdian village is completed, with a total length of 3000 meters. In Wanfu village, 2100 mu of bamboos have been cultivated and 600 mu of new bamboos have been planted. The construction of 16-19 section of Shuangwu road cement extension line in Wanfu village has been completed, with a total length of 1.8 km. From "Tianshengqiao" to "huoshaoan" section of Wanfu Village Road, landscaping and greening have been completed. The new green area on both sides of the road is more than 1600 square meters, and the comprehensive improvement of rural environment is advancing rapidly.

agricultural development

Daozuo township has formed an industrial project of increasing farmers' income, which mainly includes fruit resources, bamboo resources, eco-agricultural tourism, animal husbandry and employment transfer. More than 20000 mu of Zhuyuan base has been built in the township, and a leisure and sightseeing ecological agricultural tourism area of zhuhailihua in Western Sichuan has been built. There are more than 40000 live pigs and goats on the market every year. The base of high-quality southern early maturing pear is more than 4000 mu (including 13 owners with a business area of more than 500 mu), the standardized production demonstration area is more than 2000 mu, and the annual output of high-quality southern early maturing pear is 3 million kg, including nearly 2 million kg of high-quality golden pear. The base is supported by scientific research institutes such as Sichuan Agricultural University, the market operation mode of "company + association + base" and the owner's production and operation management.
