Minle eco industrial park was founded in 1994, formerly known as "Minle County Liuba high tech and practical development zone". It was approved by Zhangye municipal government in 2004 and approved by national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of land and resources and Ministry of construction in 2006. At the same time, it was approved as provincial Industrial Park by provincial government. In January 2007, Minle eco industrial park was renamed as "Minle eco industrial park".

Basic information

1. The development course of the park. Minle eco industrial park was founded in 1994, formerly known as "Minle County Liuba high tech practical development zone". In 1996, it was approved by the Ministry of agriculture as "national township enterprise East West cooperation demonstration zone". In 2003, the planning and Design Institute of Lanzhou University was invited to complete the overall plan of the park (2005-2020). The park is located at the junction of Ganzhou District, Shandan County and Minle County of Zhangye City, 30 km away from Minle county and 35 km away from Zhangye City. It covers an area of 128 square kilometers, with a planned construction area of 28 square kilometers. The park has obvious location advantages. National Highway 227 and the second double line of newly built Lanzhou Xinjiang Railway pass through the park, 5 km away from Zhangye airport. 3. Characteristics of the park. The land in the park belongs to the state-owned unused Gobi wasteland, with large environmental carrying capacity, abundant groundwater reserves and great potential for industrial economic development. The construction of the park has made great progress. In the past decade, the construction of the park adheres to the path of sustainable development, circular economy and brand economy in accordance with the working idea of "increasing investment, foundation first, environmental investment promotion, resource integration, regional implementation and coordinated development". 1. Main economic development indicators of industrial park. The industry involves brewing, grain and oil, food, traditional Chinese medicine processing, building materials, chemical industry, papermaking and other fields. With the further transformation of enterprise management mechanism and the continuous adjustment and optimization of industry and product structure, the enterprise's development vitality and potential are increasingly highlighted, and its market competitiveness is significantly enhanced. The product has many varieties and good quality. The production scale is 30000 tons of starch, 20000 tons of whole flour, 5000 tons of pure soybean flour, 5000 tons of juice, 30000 tons of high cooking oil, 70000 tons of barley malt and 80000 tons of packaging materials , sodium alum 10000 tons, chromium salt 10000 tons, chemical fertilizer 10000 tons. Yinhe vacuum freeze-dried food, Guoxiang malt, Fuyuan chromium salt, and Jinshi chemical sodium alum products have steadily occupied the domestic market, and some of them have entered the international market.

Current situation of environmental conditions

1. The software environment conditions of the park.
