Zhang mianxiang
Zhang Mian Township, a subordinate to the Tianshui Hui Autonomous County of Gansu Province, is located in the northern part of Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous County, east of Huating County, Ma An Township, Southeast of Ping Anxiang, south of Liu Bao Town, West to Sichuan, Wang County, north to Zhuanglang County, Jai Ya Township, with an area of 94.9 square kilometers, and in 2018, 11755 registered residence population.
Before 1949, it belonged to Zhuanglang County. In July 1953, it was assigned to Zhangjiachuan Hui Autonomous Region and set up zhangmianyi township. In 1955, it was incorporated into Mayao township. In 1958, Zhang mianyi commune was established. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. As of June 2020, zhangmian township has jurisdiction over one community and 10 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were three industrial enterprises in zhangmian township.
