Qiaoshan street belongs to Huangling County, Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. It is located in the east of Huangling County, on the North Bank of Juhe river. It borders Jiaokou town of Luochuan County in the East, Tianzhuang town and Shancha Township and Pianqiao township of Yijun County in Tongchuan City in the south, Diantou town and cangcun Township in the west, and Longfang town and Adang town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 28.8 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 9.7 km, with a total area of 246.7 square kilometers.
Qiaoshan street is located in Huangdi mausoleum, the holy Mausoleum of Huangdi, the ancestor of the Chinese nation. Huangdi mausoleum was called "Qiaoling" in ancient times. In 1962, the State Council announced that it was one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units, the number one ancient tomb, known as "the first mausoleum in the world". There are 16 ancient cypresses with more than one thousand years in the hospital, among which the "Yellow Emperor's hand planted cypress" is the world's top cypress after five thousand years.

Historical evolution

In October 1953, Chengguan Street was established.
In August 1955, it was renamed Chengguan town.
In October 1958, Chengguan town was abolished and merged with Longshou township to form Hongqi township; in November of the same year, Qiaoshan Township commune was established by merging with Tianzhuang Township and Taixian township.
In October 1961, Qiaoshan commune was divided into three communes, including Qiaoshan commune.
In May 1964, Qiaoshan commune was divided into Chengguan commune and Qiaoshan commune. Qiaoshan commune moved to kangyadi, and Chengguan commune was located in Chengguan.
In September 1984, Chengguan town changed its name to Qiaoshan town.
In December 2001, kangyadi Township and Longshou town were abolished and merged into Qiaoshan town.
