Niujialiang town belongs to Yuyang District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Located in the center of Yuyang District, it is adjacent to Jinjitan town in the East, Qingyun town and Mahuangliang town in the southeast, Yuyang town in the south, Xiaojihan Township in the west, Chaheze Township in the northwest and Mengjiawan Township in the north. Historical evolution
In his early years, there were people surnamed Niu living in this village, so the name of the village was Niujialiang. It was named after the town people's government's residence in Niujialiang village.
In the fourth year of the Taichu period of the Western Han Dynasty (101 BC), guici county was set up in the ancient city beach.
It was abolished in the fifth year of Yongchu (111).
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was under the jurisdiction of Changle fort.
The Republic of China is under the jurisdiction of Hedong township (township office is located in Niujialiang Village), the Fifth District. There are four guarantees: one (guchengtan Village), two (toudaoheze Village), three (Niujialiang Village), four (erdaoheze Village).
After October 1949, seven districts (Hedong District) were set up to govern three townships under the jurisdiction: one township (toudaoheze township) governs five administrative villages, two townships (Niujialiang township) governs four administrative villages, and three townships (zhaoyuanwan township) governs four administrative villages.
In March 1956, toudaoheze, guchengtan and Niujialiang were merged into townships directly under Yulin County (district level).
In September 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and Niujialiang commune was established.

In January 1960, it was expanded into Niujialiang farm.
In January 1969, Niujialiang and guchengtan were merged into Niujialiang commune, with 13 production teams and 61 production teams.
