Taiyu Town, belonging to Binzhou City, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the south of Binzhou City. It borders Tandian town in the East, Yongping town in Yongshou County in the south, Shuikou Town in the West and Chengguan town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 9.8 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 14.9 km, with a total area of 131.91 square kilometers.
As of June 2020, Taiyu town has one community and 12 administrative villages. As of 2018, the registered residence of Tai Yu town was 27656. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of Taiyu town reached 185.1 million yuan, the total industrial output value reached 1.065 billion yuan, and the total retail sales of social consumer goods reached 4.258 million yuan.
Historical evolution
It is named after the Taiyu river flowing through here.
Linjingli was set up in Ming Dynasty.
In the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to nanfuli.
In 1929, Nanqian District governed nanyingli.
In 1933, Taiyu joint protection was set up.
In May 1950, Taiyu district (six districts) was established.
In August 1958, Taiyu commune and xinbaozi commune were established and merged into Taiyu commune in October.
In 1962, xinbaozi commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed into Taiyu Township and xinbaozi township.
In June 2011, xinbaozi township (liuxinbaozi community) was removed and put under the jurisdiction of Taiyu town.

Chenzhou post
