Jinsuoguan town
Jinsuoguan Town, belonging to Yintai District of Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the northern mountainous area of Yintai District, bordering Yunmeng township of Yijun County in the East, Yintai town and Wangjiahe street of Wangyi District of Tongchuan City in the south, Yaoqu town of Yaozhou District and Malan town of Xunyi County of Xianyang City in the west, Yaoping township of Huangling County of Yan'an City and kuiquan township of Yijun County in the north, with a total area of 168.93 square kilometers.
In ancient times, jinsuoguan town was known as "Xiongguan moat, eagle and harrier are hard to fly" and "three mountains and snow". It is one of the eight scenic spots in Tongchuan.
As of June 2020, jinsuoguan town has 15 villages (residences), including 5 communities and 10 administrative villages. In 2018, 36805 people registered residence in the town. In 2011, the total agricultural output value of jinsuoguan town was 83.76 million yuan, and the total sales of social goods was 6.31 million yuan.
Historical evolution
Because the town government is located in the northern part of Guanzhong, it is called jinsuoguan because it is "jinsuoguan fortress", which means it is as strong as a lock.
In 1553, the inspection department was set up in zhuguan city.
In 1940, jinsuoguan town was established.
In 1948, Jinsuo district was changed.
In 1958, Liaoyuan commune was established; in December of the same year, it was changed into Jinsuo commune, which had jurisdiction over 15 brigades.
In 1968, it was renamed Xiangyang commune.
In 1972, it was renamed Jinsuo commune.
In 1978, the production teams of lieqiao, Xianfeng, Yuhua and Beita were assigned to Jiaoping town.
In 1980, in the suburb of Tongchuan City, the four brigades of lieqiao, Xianfeng, Yuhua and Beita were incorporated into Jinsuo commune.
In 1984, Jinsuo township was established, with a total of 15 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
In 1997, jinsuoguan town was established, and Yuhua and Beita villages were assigned to Yuhua Town, with a total of 13 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
In April 2000, it belongs to Yintai District of Tongchuan City.
In 2011, Yuhua town was abolished and merged into jinsuoguan Town, with 15 administrative villages and 5 communities under its jurisdiction.

Jinsuoguan town is located in the northern mountainous area of Yintai District, bordering Yunmeng township of Yijun County in the East, Yintai town and Wangjiahe street of Wangyi District of Tongchuan City in the south, Yaoqu town of Yaozhou District and Malan town of Xunyi County of Xianyang City in the west, Yaoping township of Huangling County of Yan'an City and kuiquan township of Yijun County in the north. The maximum distance between East and West is 15 kilometers, and the maximum distance between North and south is 40 kilometers, with a total area of 168.93 square kilometers. It is 12.5km away from the urban area.

Jinsuoguan town is located in the northern mountainous area of Yintai District, the terrain is high in the north and low in the south. Shandagou is a gully region of the Loess Plateau with deep mountains and dense forests, with an altitude of 1300-1500 meters. The highest point is located in Fenghuang mountain, with an altitude of 1671 meters; the lowest point is located in Zhifang village, with an altitude of 1050 meters.
