Chenlu town
Chenlu Town, belonging to Yintai District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the southeast of Yintai District, bordering Fuping County, Weinan City in the southeast, Huangbao Town, Wangyi District, Tongchuan City in the south, Wangyi Township, Wangyi District in the west, and wangshiao street in the north, with a total area of 99.7 square kilometers.
Chenluzhen porcelain has a history of 1400 years. It is the only kiln in the famous ancient Yaozhou Kiln after the song and Yuan Dynasties. Chenlu, named after the "pottery furnace display", has gradually developed into the largest and most important porcelain kiln and porcelain production base in Shaanxi and even northwest China. It can be called "the living fossil of oriental ancient pottery production" and has the reputation of "oriental ancient ceramic town". It is the only ceramic town among the cultural and art towns named in Shaanxi Province.

Historical evolution
Chenlu town got its name from "pottery stove display".
The town was built in the late Ming Dynasty.
In 1948, Chenlu district was set up.
In 1958, Chenlu town was established under the jurisdiction of Tongchuan City; in September, Dongfeng commune was established; in December, Chengguan commune was incorporated into Chenlu management area.
In 1961, it was renamed Chenlu commune.
In April 1980, it was in the suburb of Tongchuan City.
In May 1983, the township was set up.
In May 1986, the town was reestablished, governing 18 administrative villages and 5 communities.

By the end of 2011, Chenlu town had jurisdiction over Shangjie and zuitou, MUJIAZHUANG, Shuangbei, Napo, Majiahe, Panjiahe, leijiapo, Linchang, Luoshan, yuzhai, Shangdian, Dongshan, lidipo, zaocun, Xinxing, make, Yongxing, Guanzui and Beigou, and 5 resident groups and 68 villager groups.
As of June 2020, Chenlu town has 15 villages (residences), including 2 communities and 13 administrative villages. The people's government is stationed in Shangjie community.

Its total area is 99.7 square kilometers. It is 21 kilometers away from the city.

Chenlu town is located in the hilly area of earth rock low mountain ridge plateau. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north, with an altitude of 1000-1500 meters. The highest point is located in Shima mountain, with an altitude of 1500.8 meters; the lowest point is located in Donghe River, with an altitude of 1000 meters.

The main river in Chenlu Town, donghechuan River, enters from the east of Juntai Lingdong and leaves through Majiahe village, leijiapo village and Panjiahe village to zhaolaoyu in Fuping.

The main natural disasters in Chenlu town are drought, continuous rain, frost, rainstorm and gale, which do great harm to crops. On July 22, 2009, a torrential rain occurred with a short-term rainfall of 110mm, which affected most villages in the town. Crops were flooded or destroyed by floods. 63 holes of caves collapsed, more than 1000 mu of farmland was destroyed, and more than 4000 trees were fallen, resulting in an economic loss of 5.944 million yuan.
