Baijixun Township
Baijixun township is a township under the jurisdiction of weixisu Autonomous County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It has 11 villagers' committees and 166 villagers' groups.
Located in 34 km northwest of Baohe Town, Lancang River "V" shaped gorge covers a total area of 593 square kilometers. Lancang River runs through the whole territory from north to south, with a transit flow of 48 km. The area is divided into Jiangdong and Jiangxi areas. It is the largest area along the Lancang River in Diqing Prefecture and the second largest township in Weixi County. It has high mountains and steep slopes, deep gorge, large forest coverage and beautiful scenery People are an important part of the ancient tea horse road in history.
On October 15, 2020, it won the poverty alleviation advanced collective award of Yunnan Province in 2020.

In 1949, it was divided into three districts. In 1958, it was established as Hongqi commune. In 1959, it was renamed baijixun commune. In 1962, it was renamed three districts. In 1969, it was renamed Wuqi commune. In 1972, it was renamed baijixun commune. In 1997, it covers an area of 593 square kilometers and has a population of 22000. It governs 11 administrative villages, namely baijixun, Yong'an, Shidi, ganbazi, Tongwei, gongchang, Biluo, Gongle, gongen, Gongji and Gongyuan.

The masses mainly rely on planting grain, medicinal materials, raising livestock and working as their main sources of production and living. The main agricultural products are corn, wheat and rice. Also engaged in mountain medicine. In 2013, baijixun Township formed a biological industry pattern with pigs, walnuts, under forest breeding and beekeeping in the mid mountain area, and cattle, medicinal materials and white kidney beans in the high mountain area, and established a market and trade platform with yanwa, xiaoweixi, baijixun and heiriduo as the main products.
In September 2013, there were 11 bee breeding bases in the township, and the annual honey production reached about 8300 Jin.

Xiaoweixi Catholic Church is located in xiaoweixi village, Tongwei village committee, baijixun Township, Weixi County. It is also called "Sacred Heart hall". It was built by the French in 1870. The structure of the building is simple, solemn and well preserved.
