Dongliang town
Dongliang Town, subordinate to Longyao County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Longyao County, connecting Beilou Township in the East, Renze District in the south, Neiqiu County in the West and Shuangbei Township in the north. It is 12 kilometers away from the people's Government of Longyao County, with a total area of 68.99 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, Dongliang town was divided into the second and third districts of Longyao County; in 2017, it was changed from Dongliang township to Dongliang town. By the end of 2018, the population of Dong Liang town registered residence was 60744. As of June 2020, Dongliang town has 26 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is located in Dongliang village.
In 2018, there were 11 industrial enterprises in Dongliang Town, including one above scale and 72 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
During the period of the Republic of China, Dongliang town belonged to the second and third districts of Longyao county.
In 1953, Dongliang township was established.
In 1958, Dongliang township was changed into lvgang commune.
In 1970, lvgang commune was renamed Dongliang commune.
In 1984, Dongliang commune was changed into Dongliang township.
In 1996, Nanwei township was merged into Dongliang township.
In 2017, it was changed from Dongliang township to Dongliang town.
