Baofeng Township
Baofeng Township, formerly known as luomajing and jinquanjing, is located in the south of Yunlong County, Dali, Yunnan Province, in the valley of the lower reaches of Luojiang River, 11 kilometers away from the county seat. It is one of the ancient towns of Yunlong.
In the early Ming Dynasty, salt wells were exploited, with an annual output of more than 30000 Jin of salt. In the second year of Chongzhen (1629), Yunlong Prefecture was moved from Sanqi village in the old state to the seat of Yunlong prefecture (county) until 1929, which lasted 300 years.
