Anyi Street

Anyi Office of Salt Lake District is located in the east of the urban-rural fringe. 209 national highways, Yunsan expressway, yunhou Expressway and Dayun second-class highway pass through the area, with convenient transportation. The office has 32 villagers' committees, 51731 people (in the sixth census in 2010), and 60086 mu of cultivated land. The leading industries are wheat, cotton, economic forest and transportation. Anyi sub district office in the east of Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province. During the Northern Wei Dynasty, in 428, the former Anyi county was divided into two counties, the north and the south. After beianyi was renamed Xiaxian County, nananyi was called Anyi. The county has one of the famous ancient salt lake "Jiechi". In the Yuan Dynasty, it was the convenience of salt transportation and salt administration. Phoenix City was built on the Bank of the salt lake a few miles west of the city. Later, it evolved into yuncheng county, and Anyi was changed from county to town.
