rural economy
Linkou Township attaches great importance to the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, steadily promotes the work of agriculture and rural areas, and strives to consolidate the rural economic foundation. In the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, efforts should be made to adhere to the "four principles" and do a good job in three aspects. 1. Adhere to the principle of increasing agricultural efficiency and farmers' income; 2. Adhere to the principle of sustainable development; 3. Adhere to the principle of characteristic industries; 4. Adhere to the principle of scientific and technological innovation; 1. Pay close attention to scientific and technological models, promote good varieties and methods, and ensure the increase of grain and tobacco production and income. the leading group of this session always put agriculture in an important position of priority development, focused on the promotion of agricultural science and technology, grasped the model demonstration, and promoted the production of grain and tobacco in the whole township. The first is to focus on the five supporting measures of double furrow close planting, directional transplanting and mulching. Every year, we will hold 1000 mu rural grain production model, 100 mu village model, 50 mu village group model, Linkou, muhei, Ganqiu and Fengyan to form a 10000 mu demonstration corridor of covered grain with plastic film. Through efforts, the grain output has increased year by year. By 2007, the total grain output of the township reached 9.4988 million kg, with 236 kg of grain per capita, 49 kg more than 187 kg of grain per capita in 2006. The second is to develop the production of flue-cured tobacco according to local conditions, strengthen scientific and technological planting, promote the quality of flue-cured tobacco, and increase economic income. In 2007, 2370 mu of flue-cured tobacco was planted in the township, with a total output of 470000 Jin and a total output value of more than 2 million yuan. Since the double control policy of flue-cured tobacco, the production of flue-cured tobacco in 2007 is the highest level, and the production of flue-cured tobacco is more scientific and standardized than in previous years, reaching the recovery production. (2) vigorously develop animal husbandry, forest and fruit industry, and promote the economic development of the whole township. First, fully rely on the advantages of the township in the development of animal husbandry, and actively promote the development of animal husbandry. Through the government's encouragement and support, starting from the cultivation of large farmers, to promote the development of animal husbandry in the township. The development of animal husbandry industry has reached a new stage through village cadres taking the lead in large-scale livestock raising or marketing, stimulating the animal husbandry trading market, promoting the combination of production, supply and marketing, and doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. In 2007, there were 5058 large livestock in the township, 1370 sheep from 518 in 2001, and 750 sheep from 139 in 2001. The output value of animal husbandry increased from 4.2 million yuan in 2001 to 2.0254 million yuan. With the pull of market demand, animal husbandry industry is gradually becoming a pillar industry in our township. Second, forestry has a good momentum of development, and its economic benefits have increased year by year. By 2007, there will be 49710 mu of useful Village Forest in the township, more than 30000 mu more than 16370 mu in 2001, and 2500 mu of economic forest and fruit, more than three times of that before 2001. Through thinning, the income reached more than 1 million yuan. (there are Mu Hei, WA Fei and other villages engaged in forest thinning). In the aspect of forest and fruit, experts of fruit trees were invited to train farmers on the spot, which improved the farmers' awareness of science and technology. By 2007, the income of fruit trees in muhei village reached more than 30000 yuan, and the economic benefits initially appeared. In addition, the township government actively responded to the central government's policy of returning farmland to forest, with an area of 1200 mu. In 2007, the county forest property right system reform was carried out in our Township, and this work was basically completed. There are 47031 mu of forest land in eight villages of the township, of which 16057.7 Mu are from mountain to household, 29377.1 Mu are from stock to household, and 1596.2 Mu are from profit to household. Combining with the practice of poverty alleviation and forestry reform, we exchanged views on the spot meeting of Shuifu forestry reform. The reform of forest property rights stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers to develop forestry industry.

Drinking water for human and livestock
under the leadership and financial support of the County Water Conservancy Bureau, the drinking water project for human and livestock has directly benefited from the people's efforts. Since the 1990s, the problem of drinking water for human and livestock has been gradually solved in the whole Township, and the whole township has been using tap water. In solving the problem of drinking water for people and livestock in the whole Township, the project of drinking water for people and livestock in Caizi village is the most difficult project with the largest national investment. In 2003, the problem of drinking water for half of the population and 1000 livestock in Caizi village was solved by crossing over shiyakou Liangzi and taking water from Dashuigou in wafei village, opening a 320 meter tunnel for water diversion, building a 5000 meter main pipeline and building five reservoirs
