economic development
1. Chede village is located in the north of Dazhaizi Township, 18 kilometers away from the township government. The road to the township is dirt road, with large potholes on the road, which is basically clear and rain resistant. It is adjacent to tiechi village in the East, Jinyang County in Sichuan Province in the south, Makou Township in Yongshan County in the West and buluqi village in the north. The whole village covers an area of 6.64 square kilometers, with an average altitude of 1210 meters, an average annual temperature of 22 ℃ and an annual rainfall of 850 mm. It has 1272 mu of cultivated land, including 220 mu of paddy field, 0.58 mu of cultivated land per capita, 2564 mu of forest land and 4531 mu of barren mountains and slopes. 2. Distribution and characteristics of resident population the village governs 14 villager groups in three natural villages. There are 533 households with a population of 2190, including 147 in 51 Yi households, 1087 in labor force, 209 in migrant workers, 485 in labor force with junior middle school education, 573 in primary school education, and 29 illiterate and semi illiterate. There are two natural villages in the village, which belong to Han and Yi ethnic groups. There are four ethnic groups in the two natural villages. Most of them believe in Buddhism, but there is no place. Due to the intermarriage between Han and Yi, the Yi nationality was basically sinicized in 2006.
Economic situation
(1) Local financial revenue Chede village belongs to Dazhaizi Township and is located in the Xiliang mountain area. It basically has no financial revenue. It only relies on the financial subsidy of 5000 yuan from the superior for office expenses every year. The subsidy of village branch secretary, director, deputy director and family planning propagandist also depends on the financial subsidy from the superior. (2) industrial development Chede village is suitable for planting corn, sweet potato and other crops, and more suitable for planting the unique Jinjiang pepper. However, due to more people and less land, the income of planting industry and animal husbandry in the village at the end of 2006 was 658400 yuan and 314000 yuan, accounting for 30% and 14% of the total income respectively. In order to maintain their livelihood, some villagers try their best to develop the tertiary industry (wholesale and retail, transportation, etc.) by making use of the village and township markets and towns, and have achieved good results. In 2006, the income of the tertiary industry in the village was 633000 yuan, accounting for 29% of the total income. (3) development of agriculture, forestry and livestock at the end of 2006, the grain planting area of the whole village was 1921 mu, the total yield was 402000 kg, the yield per mu was 209.3 kg, and the grain per capita was 184 kg. In forestry, a total of 1123 mu of economic forest was planted, with a total income of 423500 yuan. In animal husbandry, 844 pigs and 35 sheep were sold in 2006, with a total income of 314000 yuan. (4) water, electricity and other infrastructure construction by the end of 2006, there were 25 households with tap water and 508 households with well water. Among them, 410 households still have difficulty in drinking water or the water quality is not up to the standard. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of drinking water in the whole village. the whole village has been basically electrified, but due to the long low-voltage transmission line, large transmission loss and low voltage, many villagers can not use electricity normally, so they don't use electricity at all, resulting in a vicious circle of high electricity cost, no electricity, no electricity and no electricity. Moreover, the transmission line is not standardized, which seriously threatens the safety of the people, and the safety of electricity can't be guaranteed. the road from township to village has been built, but because of the narrow subgrade, poor road condition, and large landslides in rainy days, it is impossible to guarantee the normal operation of the road. Basically, it is sunny and rain resistant. Most of the villagers are about 3 km away from the traffic. Therefore, the access problem is also a big problem.
Production and living standards
There are 147 people in 51 families of Yi nationality in the whole village, which are all below the average living standard of the whole village. At the end of 2006, the per capita grain is 184 kg, and the per capita net income is 897 yuan. It is very difficult for people and animals to drink water, especially for some Yi farmers who live in poverty due to lack of land and labor force.
social development
(1) Culture and education there are three primary schools in the village, with a building area of 1048 square meters and 13 teachers. In 2006, there were 372 students in rural compulsory education in the village, including 289 primary school students and 83 middle school students. The village has an amateur cultural and entertainment propaganda team. (2) medical and health care at the end of 2006, there were 1674 people in the village who participated in the rural cooperative medical system, with the participation rate of 76.4%. 125 people enjoyed the minimum living allowance. The medical care of the villagers mainly depended on the village health center and township health center. The area of the village health center was 150 square meters, and there were 2 village doctors. But most people have to walk about 3 kilometers to get to the village clinic. (3) communication and radio and television the coverage rate of communication and radio and television in the whole village is low. There are 58 households with fixed telephone and mobile phone, and 86 households with TV, accounting for 11% and 16% of the total households respectively.
the construction of the basic unit
The village has one general Party branch, three party branches, 10 party groups, 40 party members and 6 ethnic minority party members. There are 31 male party members and 9 female party members. The village committee is composed of branch secretary, director, Deputy Branch Secretary and deputy director. The village affairs publicity projects mainly include finance, government affairs, relief distribution, election results, etc. It is mainly made public by pasting announcement, blackboard newspaper and meeting.
Characteristic economy
The village is located at the junction of "two provinces and three counties". The road from Chede to Makou in Yongshan County has been completed. However, due to poor pavement, the maintenance is not in place. If there is any capital investment. It will be another channel from Makou township of Jinyang county and Yongshan County in Sichuan to Zhaotong. The characteristic industry of prickly ash in Jinkou has been planted in 1123 mu of the village. It is grown under the unique climate conditions and soil and other natural conditions. It is famous for its delicious, fresh and hemp. If we can adopt scientific planting, and then match and plant konjac, we believe that in the near future, it will become a bright spot of the village's economic growth.
