On the third day of the first lunar month every year, the busy tube of datu Miao village in Libo County, located in the depth of moon mountain, roars and Lusheng is melodious. The Miao girls are dressed in costumes, Jackie Chan steps on the Sheng, and the young students are surrounded in the center of the "Miao dance hall"; the players are attentive, blowing the Lusheng, holding the busy tube, sometimes dancing wildly, sometimes running, leading the dancers like waves. At each wonderful place, the audience applauded one after another, and the whole Miao village and the countryside became a sea of joy.
"Tiao Miao" is a cultural and recreational activity held by the Miao people in the moon mountain area to celebrate the festival. The venue is also called "Tiao Miao Chang", and the Spring Festival is often called "Ta Ge Tang". The datu Miao people usually hold different degrees of "jumping seedling" activities in the Spring Festival, the half of July, the Dragon Boat Festival, the rice gate opening Festival, the new eating Festival and other festivals. Generally, the festival lasts half a day or one day. Only the Spring Festival lasts the longest and the celebration is the most grand. In datu, the Spring Festival is not only a festival of drinking and entertainment, but also an annual grand gathering of "step on the song hall" cultural activities.
In the past, the TA Tu Miao "Ta Ge Tang" was usually held on the Jiashen day of the first month or February of the lunar calendar, lasting three to five days.
