Yangliutang Town, belonging to Shibing County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, is located in the south of Shibing County, bordering Shuangjing town in the southeast, Miaolong Township and huangpiao township of Huangping County in the southwest, Chengguan town in the northwest, Ganxi Township and Yongxi township of Zhenyuan County in the northeast, with an administrative area of 152.13 square kilometers.
During the period of the Republic of China, it was a big joint insurance; in December 1999, it withdrew the township and built yangliutang town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Yangliu town was 21959. As of June 2020, yangliutang town has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Changtian village.
