Chaganhu town
Chaganhu Town, which belongs to qiangolros Mongolian Autonomous County, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the northwest of qiangolos Mongolian Autonomous County, 35 kilometers away from the people's Government of qiangolos Mongolian Autonomous County; it borders Changshan town and daliba Township in the East, baiyilaga Township, taohaotai Township, Baodian Township, haiborigo town and Hongxing ranch in the south, and Rangzi town in Qian'an County in the West Adjacent, north across Chagan Lake and balang town. The total administrative area is 403.75 square kilometers.
In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to dabusunutuk (District) and Tahu nutuk (District) of Guoerluosi Front Banner respectively; in 2013, Aili Township in Mongolia was removed from the township and built into a town, and changed its name to chaganhu town. By the end of 2018, Chagan town had 26289 registered residence population. As of June 2020, chaganhu town has one community and 16 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of chaganhu town was 710 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 7120 yuan. By the end of 2018, chaganhu town had 8 industrial enterprises and 23 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty, yunzijing village, shuangkun village and erjiawopu village in the South belonged to dabsunutuk (District) of Guoerluosi Front Banner, and 2 villages of qianbaoletai and xisoentu in the North belonged to tahunnutuk (District).
In the 15th year of the Republic of China (1926), the southern part of the territory was barren, belonging to Rangzi village in the Second District of Qian'an County, and the northern two villages belonged to Tahu nutuk (District); in the 26th year of the Republic of China (1937), the northern part of the territory belonged to the third nutuk (District) of Guoerluosi banner, and the southern three villages belonged to Rangzi village in the Second District of Qian'an County; in the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), the northern part belonged to Xinmiao nutuk (District), and the southern part belonged to the Second District of qian' In 1945, it belonged to Qianqian border area (six districts) of Guoerluosi Front Banner.
In March 1956, it belongs to Yunmeng township.
In October 1958, it belonged to the new commune.
In 1980, the fifth brigade of the new commune set up the Mongolian commune.
In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township.
In October 2005, Tunxiang and chongxiang of Mongolia were merged into Aili township of Mongolia.
In 2013, Aili Township in Mongolia was replaced by chaganhu town.

The annual average temperature is about 4.5 ℃, the lowest temperature is in January, and the extreme minimum temperature is - 36.1 ℃; the highest temperature occurs in July, and the extreme maximum temperature is 37 ℃. The annual average sunshine is about 2900 hours, and the frost free period is 135-140 days. The annual precipitation is 400-500mm, mostly from July to August. It is windy in spring, mainly southwest in spring, summer and autumn, and northwest in winter. The annual average wind speed is 13.3 M / s.
