Jiangxi Po town is a town under the jurisdiction of Pu'an County, Qianxinan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It is located in the east of Pu'an County. The government is 20 kilometers away from the county seat and 260 kilometers away from Guiyang. It is adjacent to Khmer Township in the north, digua town in the south, Panshui street in the west, and Shasha town in Jinglong County across the river in the East.
Evolution of organizational system
Because it is located on the southwest slope of the bridge river, it is named Jiangxi slope.
Annam guard was set up here in 1390, the 23rd year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty; Zhu Jiamin, deputy envoy of Pu'an Jianjun in 1633, built the city of pocheng in Jiangxi Province, and Emperor Zhuang lie named it "Youjia city". Qing Kangxi 22 years (1684) belong to Pu'an County xingrenli.
In 1914, the Central District of Pu'an County was established. In 26, it was the four districts of Pu'an County, in 33, it was Biyun township of Pu'an County, and in 35, it was Biyun township of four districts of Pu'an County.
In January 1950, it was established as Biyun Township, District 1, Pu'an County, in March 1953 as Biyun Township, Panshui district; in September 1958, it was changed into satellite people's commune of Panshui district; in January 1959, it was changed into Biyun management area of Panshui people's commune; in September 1961, it was changed into Jiangxi Po people's commune of Panshui district; in March 1968, it was changed into Jiangxi Po Revolutionary Committee.
In January 1981, it became the Management Committee of Jiangxi Po people's commune; in July 1984, it established Jiangxi Po people's Government of Panshui District, which governs 5 villages;
In January 1992, two villages in Jiangxi Po, Xizhai Township and Baishi Township, Baishi and Xiashan, set up Jiangxi Po Town, set up Jiangxi Po, hongzhai and Baishi three management areas, and governed 11 villages;
In September 2007, the three management areas were abolished and 11 villages were integrated into 5 villages and 1 community.
By the end of 2011, it had jurisdiction over five administrative villages, namely Baishi, Gaofeng, Xiashan, Lianmeng and Xizhai, and one Jiangxipo community, with 87 villager groups and 13 resident groups.
On January 23, 2015, the newly established Panshui Street governs Gaoxing village, Hongxing Village, yunpan community, Putian community and woyan township (except Tianba Village) in Panshui Town, Baishi Village in Po Town, Jiangxi Province, and Lianhua village in digua town. The office is located in Putian community.
In July 2019, the people's Government of Guizhou Province agreed to adjust the administrative division of Po Town in Jiangxi Province and set up Chayuan street in Chachang community, NACHA community, doutan Dayin community, Lianmeng village and Xizhai village.
