Xinbao Buyi Township
Xinbao Buyi Township, belonging to Wudang District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, is located in the northeast of Wudang District, adjacent to Xiatian town in the East, Xinchang Town in the west, Yangchang town and Baiyi town in the north, with a total area of 53.61 square kilometers. As of 2018, Dongfeng town has 5361 registered residence population. As of October 2019, Xinbao Buyi township has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages.
Yuan belongs to eight times Shun Yuan Yi Wei Si, home chapter Longzhou. The Ming Dynasty belonged to Guiyang military and civilian government, zhixinbao and longshangbao. Qing Dynasty belongs to the East Shangli, Xiali and lapingli of Guizhu County, Guiyang Prefecture. In 1954, it was set up in Xinbao Buyi Township, Guizhu county. In February 1963, Xinbao management area and Wanggang management area set up Bouyei Township in Xinbao, Wudang District, respectively, from Yangchang commune and Shuitian commune. In 1964, the Buyi township of Xinbao was abolished and Xinbao commune was established. In 1983, communes were transformed into townships and production brigades into villagers' committees. Xinbao commune was changed into Xinbao Buyi township.
In 2011, the total output value of agriculture, animal husbandry, industry and local finance reached 6722 million yuan, 28.59 million yuan, 7.8 million yuan and 2.0229 million yuan respectively.

In 1941, Guiyang was officially established as a city, and Guiyang County was renamed Guizhu county. It belongs to wanggangbao, yangchangbao, xinbaobao and longshangbao in Shuitian township of Wudang district.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the system of Baojia administrative village was abolished.
In 1952, Guizhu county was divided into 11 districts, belonging to Wanggang Township, the eighth District, Xinbao Township, and Longjiao Township, the ninth district.
In 1954, it was set up in Xinbao Buyi Township, Guizhu county.
In 1956, small township was merged into big Township, belonging to Shuitian township of Shuitian District of Guizhu county and Xinbao township of Yangchang district.
In November 1957, Guizhu county was assigned to Guiyang city.
In February 1958, Guiyang set up Wudang and Huaxi districts, belonging to Wudang district; in July of the same year, Xingguang Yuejin 2 agricultural cooperative was established; at the end of the same year, the abandoned Township established a commune, belonging to the lighthouse commune of Wudang district.
In 1959, the abandoned lighthouse commune belonged to Xinpu management area of Yangchang commune in Wudang district.
In 1963, it was divided into Xinbao management area of Yangchang commune and Wanggang management area of paddy commune. In February of the same year, Xinbao management area and Wanggang management area set up Bouyei Township in Xinbao, Wudang District, respectively, from Yangchang commune and Shuitian commune.
In 1964, the Buyi township of Xinbao was abolished and Xinbao commune was established.
In 1983, communes were transformed into townships and production brigades into villagers' committees. Xinbao commune was changed into Xinbao Buyi township.

In Xinpu Buyi Township, the middle cut middle mountain landform is dominant, with high northwest and low southeast, and obvious undulation. The highest point in the territory is located at the main peak of Tangkou Dapo at the junction of northwest and Xinchang Township, with an altitude of 1496m; the lowest point is located in the canyon area, with an altitude of 967m.

The main rivers in Xinpu Buyi township are Duzhai River, Shiban River, baitouchong River, Baishui River and nengmen river. The baitouchong river originates from the north of Dazhai village and zhurenduzhai River, with a total length of 3 km; the upstream of Duzhai river is the Shaba river of Shuitian Town, with a total length of 7 km; the Shiban river originates from yanglv town and zhurenduzhai River, with a total length of 7 km; the wengmen river originates from the north of the township, with a total length of 8 km.

There are limonite and other mineral resources in Xinpu Buyi Township, but the reserves are small. The main natural resource is geothermal, which is mainly distributed in Longjiao village and xiangzhigou scenic area.
