Luoha town is under the jurisdiction of Xide County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It covers an area of 181 square kilometers and has a population of 8000. Buckwheat, corn, potato and oats are the main agricultural products, and animal husbandry is developing well.
