Yushui township is under the jurisdiction of Puge County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It was founded in 1952 and renamed Yushui Township in 1956.

Yushui Township mainly produces corn, rice and potato. There are iron, lead and zinc mines in the territory.

On January 12, 2021, the people's Government of Sichuan Province agreed that Liangshan Prefecture should adjust the administrative divisions of some towns and townships in Puge county and other seven counties, abolish Jile Township, Yushui Township, Yedi Township and tekou Township, and establish ridudisa town.

Yushui township is located in the southeast of the county, 42 kilometers away from the county. It covers an area of 45.77 square kilometers and has a population of 7723 (2017). It has jurisdiction over six village committees, namely Daping, Xinguang, Yuyu, cailuo, erhu and ganla.

Yushui Township mainly produces corn, rice and potato. There are iron, lead and zinc mines in the territory.
