Wansheng town

Wansheng town is located in the west of Dongpo District, at the junction of Dongpo District, Danling county and Pujiang County. It is the industrial, commercial, economic and cultural center and the main agricultural and sideline products base in the west of Dongpo District. Historical evolution

About two hundred years ago, there was sanjiangchang one kilometer to the west of the town and erlangchang one kilometer to the east of the town. They were too close to each other to fight for the date, which often caused disputes. Later, Yuan Wansheng, the leader of erlangchang, and Yue Wansheng, the leader of sanjiangchang, negotiated together to merge the two and rebuild a new venue at the address, which was named wanshengchang.

In the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed Dunhe Town, one of the 19 towns in the county. Wansheng town was restructured in the Republic of China, with ten towns under its jurisdiction. In June 1953, the town was officially established and divided with Wansheng town. In September 1977, when the district was withdrawn and the commune was merged, it was changed to Wansheng commune Street Village brigade. The organizational system of the town was restored in September 1981. In May 1990, Wansheng town and Wansheng Township were merged, and the township led the township. In August 1992, Wansheng town was merged with Wufeng township to establish Wansheng town.
