Huaizhen, subordinate to Xian County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Xian County, adjacent to senior officials in the East, yingzi town of Botou City in the south, Guozhuang town in the West and Hancun town in the north. The town people's government is 25 kilometers away from Xian County People's government, with a total area of 72 square kilometers.
In 1958, the Huai town Dongfeng commune was established, huaizhen township was changed to huaizhen Township in 1983; in 1984, huaizhen township was changed into a town; as of the end of 2018, Huai town had 46275 registered residence population; as of June 2020, huaizhen had 31 administrative villages under its jurisdiction; the town people's government was stationed in Huai town.

History of construction
In 1958, Dongfeng commune of huaizhen was established.
In 1961, two communes were set up: Gaoguan commune and Guozhuang commune.
In 1983, it was changed to huaizhen township.
