Quanlong town

Quanlong township is located in the southeast of Jiange County, bordering Xiangchen town in the East, Gongxing town in the south, Beiya town and Bailong town in the west, Yangcun town and Jinping Town in the north. The township covers a total area of 32.59 square kilometers, and the government is located in the South Street of the town of Quanlong Township, 115 kilometers away from the county seat.

Quanlong township is located in the northern edge of Sichuan Basin, guarding Jianmen pass. It is the channel connecting Sichuan, Shaanxi and Gansu, and has a very important strategic position. Geographically, it is between 105.09-105.49 E and 31.31-32.17 n, with a total area of 32.59 square kilometers. The terrain is high in the northwest and low in the southeast, with obvious features of low mountains. It is surrounded by Cangxi County in the East, Zitong county and Jiangyou City in the west, Langzhong county and Nanbu County in the south, and Central District of Guangyuan City in the north. National Highway 108 and Baocheng railway run through the territory. Jialing River flows eastward according to the county, with fast and convenient transportation.

The township has jurisdiction over six administrative villages: Sanquan village, Jinling Village, Xinfeng village, Taiji village, Xinqiao village and Denggan village, 61 villager groups, with a total population of 6150 (2017), and a cultivated area of 8060 mu, including 4425 mu of farmland, 3635 mu of dry land and 840 mu of irrigated land.

Quanlong township is 115 kilometers away from the new town and 63 kilometers away from the old town of Pu'an. Every day, three buses are sent from the town to the old town. Since the end of 2010, Hongquan highway and Gongquan highway have been completed and opened to traffic one after another, which completely solved the problem of travel difficulty in the history of Quanlong. The cement roads of each village have been improved one after another, and the traffic of Quanlong is very convenient.

Precious resources

Quanlong township is a sub region of Pinus Quercus forest in Sichuan Province, and a sparse forest community of Pinus massoniana and Berlin in the north of the basin. The forest coverage rate of the whole county is 45.06%. there are many kinds of wild animals living here. Among them, the rare ones are takin, leopard, Caragana, Swertia deer, red panda, Jianmen thrush, etc. More than 30 kinds of underground mineral deposits have been proved and discovered, of which quartz sand, coal, iron and other minerals have large reserves and high grade, and have great development potential.

Quanlong township has a subtropical humid monsoon climate. The climate is mild, the light is suitable, the four seasons are distinct, and the continental monsoon is obvious. Due to the influence of geographical location and varied landforms, the vertical climate is obvious, the small area climate is different, the elevation is different, the climate is different, and the temperature difference between the high peak and the valley is large. The climate decreases with the increase of altitude. The precipitation is abundant, but the distribution is steep and unimodal, and the distribution is uneven in time and space. In Jianmen mountain area, the average annual temperature is about 15.4 ℃, and the average annual precipitation is 1039.4 mm. The wind direction in Jianmen mountain area changes obviously with seasons. The southerly wind prevails in summer half year and the northerly wind prevails in winter half year. The annual frost free period is about 270 days. It is foggy in autumn and winter, and the average sunshine hours for many years is 1328.3 hours.

Industrial Development

Quanlong has a superior environment for crop cultivation and animal husbandry development. The main crops are flue-cured tobacco, high-quality grain and oil, and sea pepper. Animal husbandry mainly focuses on the development of pigs and small poultry.

cultural education

There is a township primary school with a building area of 2500 square meters. There are 520 students in the school, including 490 students. The enrollment rate of school-age children is 100%. There is a central kindergarten with 50 children.

medical and health work

There is a township hospital with 12 wards and 12 medical staff. There are gynecology and obstetrics, comprehensive internal surgery, laboratory, X-ray, B-ultrasound, ECG and other departments in the township hospital. In 2012, 9438 farmers participated in the rural cooperative medical security system, covering 96%.

Infrastructure

First, strengthen highway construction. In 2009, the township party committee and government actively strive for the project from the higher authorities, and carry out the reconstruction and expansion of Hongquan highway, which is an important traffic road that plagues the development of our township. The total length of Hongquan highway is 11.2km, with a total cost of more than 18 million yuan. In 2010, we fully mobilized the masses to "discuss one case, one discussion", raised more than 1.3 million yuan to lay the foundation, and won 1.25 million yuan from the state to pave the cement pavement, thus opening up the exit of Gongquan highway. Second, the construction of "golden land" project. The "golden land" project involves 41 groups in Xinqiao, Taiji, Xinfeng and Jinling villages, with a total investment of more than 10 million yuan. The project started in March 2010 and was fully completed by the end of September 2010. Through the implementation of the land consolidation project, 15.7 km of tongcun cement road, 15 km of standard mud gravel road, 180 mu of land consolidation, 2 new canals of 3870 meters, 4 new reservoirs, 9 shanpingtang and 9 new irrigation stations have been built, which greatly improved the production and living conditions of our township. The third is to strengthen the hardware construction of the village level positions, so that the village level activity rooms in the three villages of our Township, i.e. lamppost, Xinqiao and Taiji, have been completed in a standardized way, and the activity positions in the three villages of Xinfeng, Jinling and Sanquan have been repaired and reinforced. Fourth, high standard farmland project construction. The high standard farmland project of more than 10 million yuan organized and implemented by the Agricultural Development Office of the county finance bureau is implemented in four villages of our Township, including Denggan, Xinqiao, Sanquan and Jinling. Through the transformation of soil, water and road, the rural production and living conditions of these three villages will be greatly improved. Fifth, water station construction. With a total investment of more than 600000 yuan and an area of 150 square meters, a water supply station has been built to provide drinking water for more than 1500 people in Xinfeng, Taiji and Changzhen.
