Liubali Township, belonging to Nanpi County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Nanpi County, adjacent to Wumaying town in the East, Dongguang County in the South and Botou City in the West. The Township People's government is 8.5km away from Nanpi County People's government, with a total area of 57.16km2.
In the thirty-four year (1945), the two district of Nanpi was first introduced in 1984. It was changed to Liu Bali Township in 1984. In 1996, the two temple merged into the countryside. History of construction
At the beginning of 1945, liubali Township belonged to Nanpi District 2.
In 1958, it belonged to Chengguan commune.
In 1961, Liu Bali commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed to liubali township.
