Zhongquan town belongs to Ziliujing District, Zigong City, Sichuan Province, with an area of 34.29 square kilometers and a population of 26865 (in 2017). It is rich in resources and vast in territory. It is a traditional agricultural town and a typical suburban business center town.

Zhongquan town is the hometown of Lu Deming revolutionary martyrs and Li Zhongquan martyrs. There are 26 cultural relics and historic sites of various types, including Lu Deming's former residence and Lu Deming martyr's deeds exhibition room, which are important patriotic education bases.

Hometown of revolutionary martyrs

Zhongquan town has a glorious revolutionary tradition and a brilliant page. During the revolutionary war, a group of revolutionary martyrs such as Lu Deming, commander in chief of the Autumn Harvest Uprising, and Li Zhongquan, the main leader of the early Sichuan revolution, emerged in the land under our feet.
