History of construction
In 1950, Li Tianmu Hui Township was located in seven districts of Cangxian county.
In January 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged into Li Tianmu township. In the autumn of the same year, four townships, including fengfengdian, Li Tianmu and wanghaisi, were merged to form the Dongfeng Third People's commune of Cangxian county (stationed in Li Tianmu), which was the Li Tianmu administrative area.
