Xingfeng Township, subordinate to Zhongxian County, Chongqing City, is located in the northwest of Zhongxian County, bordering on Huangjin town in the East, Fengshou village of guanba town in the south, guanba town in the West and Jinsheng Township in the north. It is 25 kilometers away from Zhongxian County Government, with a total area of 29 square kilometers.
Before 1931, Xingfeng Township belonged to guanba township; in 1981, it was changed from Xinglong commune to Xingfeng township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xingfeng township was 12028. As of June 2020, Xingfeng village has jurisdiction over one community and four administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Xingfeng community.
The main food crops in Xingfeng township are rice and corn; the main animal husbandry is pig, sheep and poultry; the main fishery is freshwater fish. In 2018, there were 23 industrial enterprises in Xingfeng Township, including one above scale and 42 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before 1931, it belonged to guanba township. In 1935, it was incorporated into the new people's united insurance system. In 1936, Xinglong Lianbao was set up as the fourth district. In 1937, it was changed to Xinglong Township.
In 1950, it belonged to the third district.
In 1958, Xinglong Township was changed into Xinglong commune.
In 1981, Xinglong commune was changed into Xingfeng township.

In 1997, 12 administrative villages, Changba, Zhongfu, Fengxiang, Changfeng, Jiangya, Nantian, Taihong, Yanjing, Xingfeng, wailang, Junfang and Sanyuan, were under the jurisdiction of Xingfeng village.
In 2011, Xingfeng rural governs Sanyuan, Xingfeng, Taihong, Nantian and Zhongfu five administrative villages, and has 40 villager groups.
