Nanmen town
Nanmen Town, subordinate to Kaizhou District of Chongqing, is located in the southwest of Kaizhou District, connecting Changsha Town in the East, Tiancheng town of Wanzhou District in the south, Yuexi town in the West and Linjiang town in the north. The people's Government of Nanmen town is located in Zhenzhong village, 36 kilometers away from the people's Government of Kaizhou District, with a total area of 150 square kilometers.
In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Nanmen town was changed from Nanmen township to Nanmen town in October 1992. History of construction
The first year of the Republic of China (1912), for the South Gate of A. In 1930, NANMENCHANG township was established. In 1935, NANMENCHANG township was changed into NANMENCHANG joint protection. In 1938, NANMENCHANG joint protection was established in the southwest of Dongyang mountain. In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), dongyangshan Lianbao and NANMENCHANG Lianbao were merged into Nanmen township. In 1941, Nanmen township was established as Dongyang township.
In August 1953, Nanmen township was divided into five townships and one (Nanmen) town.
In November 1956, Nanmen township was reunited.
In December 1958, Nanmen township was changed into Nanmen commune.
In September 1962, Nanmen commune established Hualin commune.
In July 1985, Nanmen commune was changed into Nanmen township.
In October 1992, Nanmen township was changed into Nanmen Town, and Dongyang and Wanli townships were merged into Nanmen town.
In August 2005, Hualin township was merged into Nanmen town.
