Dashizhu Township
Dashizhu Township, belonging to Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the east of Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to hekanzi Township, Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province in the East, maquanzi Town, Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County, Qinhuangdao City in the south, and tangdaohe town in the West. The north is bordering on the town of Lingyuan, Liaoning Province, with a total area of 97.32 square kilometers, and by the end of 2018, the registered residence population is 7984.
In 1949, it belonged to the 13th District of Qinglong County. In 1958, it belonged to tangdaohe commune of Qinglong County. In 1963, it was transferred to Kuancheng county and shuangsongting commune was established. In 1982, it was renamed dashizhu commune. In 1984, the commune was withdrawn and dashizhu township was built. As of June 2020, dashizhu has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.
