Shituo town

Shituo Town, belonging to Fuling District of Chongqing, is located at the western edge of Fuling District. It borders Linshi town in the East, Xinmiao town in the south, Wubao ridge in the west, Jiangnan Town in Changshou District, and Yihe town in Fuling District across the river. In the Qin and Han Dynasties, Shituo town was located in Zhixian County, Bajun County; in July 1992, Shituo town was established by the merger of Shituo, Jiujing and Shihe townships.
