Tiefeng Township, subordinate to Wanzhou District of Chongqing, is located in the northeast of Wanzhou District, adjacent to Yunyang County in the East, xiongjia town of Wanzhou District in the south, Changsha Town of Kaizhou District in the west, Zhaojia street of Kaizhou District in the north, 12.5km away from the government residence of Wanzhou District, with a total area of 51.46km2.
In the Qing Dynasty, Tiefeng Township belonged to Bajia of dazhouli; in January 1983, it was changed from Tiefeng commune to Tiefeng township. By the end of 2018, the population of Tiefeng Township registered residence was 13439. As of June 2020, Tiefeng village has jurisdiction over one community and six administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 10, Xinjie, zhongxinchang community.
