Hupi Mencius Town, a Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is located in the western part of Kuancheng Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to Mencius Ling Township, northwest and the border town of collapsed mountain. In 1949, it belonged to the 11th district of Qinglong County. In 1958, it belonged to Kuancheng commune. In 1963, kuanchengjian county was subordinate to it.
