Xunle Miao Nationality Village
Xunle Miao nationality township is located in the north of Huanjiang County, at the southeast foot of Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, with a primeval forest coverage of 150000 Mu and a forest coverage rate of 64%. It is one of the three major forestry townships in Huanjiang County. It is adjacent to Longyan Township and Minglun town in the East, Shangchao town and Luoyang Town in the south, Jiarong town and Lihua town in Libo County in Guizhou Province in the west, and Zaiban town in Congjiang County in Guizhou Province in the north. Fushou community, where the township government is located, is 97 kilometers away from the county. With a total area of more than 380 square kilometers, the township has 8 administrative villages, 1 community, 136 natural villages and 152 villager groups, with a total population of more than 17000. After Xiajin and Chaoyang mines were put under the jurisdiction of the township, the total population increased to more than 25900.
Historical evolution
In August 1951, Yibei county and si'en County merged into Huanjiang County, and Xunle became a township of Huanjiang County. On October 22, 1984, with the approval of the people's Government of the autonomous region, Xunle Miao township was established.

Xunle Miao Township governs 10 administrative villages, 5 communities, 185 natural villages and 216 villager groups. The total area of the township is 590 square kilometers, with 16000 hectares of arable land, including 1247.8 hectares of paddy field and 339.8 hectares of dry land, mainly for rice and corn; and 39300 hectares of forest land, including 30000 hectares of forest.

It is located in the southeast foot of Yunnan Guizhou Plateau, adjacent to Longyan Township and Minglun town in the East, Luoyang Town in the south, Jiarong town and Lihua town in Libo County in Guizhou Province in the west, and caibian town in Congjiang County in Guizhou Province in the north. It is the northernmost window of Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County.

There are 20000 mu of economic fruit forest, including 2200 mu of Tung fruit, with an annual output of 770 tons of Tung fruit, 1800 mu of chestnut, 250 tons of chestnut, 2680 mu of tea and 1200 mu of plum.

local specialities
Yibei Xiang pig and Changbei Xiang Nuo are the most famous local products in Xunle Miao nationality township. Yibei Xiang pig is usually slaughtered at about 5kg. After depilation, it is burned with local glutinous rice straw to make its skin golden. Its meat, barbecue or boiled, is fresh, tender and refreshing. It has no fishy smell and is not greasy. It has always been a famous dish at banquets. Changbei fragrant glutinous rice is large, soaked in water and steamed. It is crystal clear, fragrant, sweet, soft and delicious. It stays for two or three days, fresh as before, with the same color and flavor.
