Jinchengjiang Street
Jinchengjiang street, under the jurisdiction of Jinchengjiang District, Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the north central part of Jinchengjiang District, adjacent to Dongjiang town in the East and North and Liuwei town in the West and south, with a total area of 25.15 square kilometers.
In the Northern Song Dynasty, Jimi Prefecture in Jincheng and Jimi counties in Jincheng and Bao'an were established. On June 13, 2005, Jinchengjiang town was abolished and a sub district office was set up. The former administrative region of Jinchengjiang town was the jurisdiction of the sub district office. By the end of 2011, the total population of Jinchengjiang sub district is 118385; by June 2020, Jinchengjiang sub district has 15 communities under its jurisdiction; the sub district office is located in the new community.
In 2011, the total revenue of Jinchengjiang street was 33.95 million yuan, including 143.53 million yuan of state tax and 19.6 million yuan of local tax.
History of construction
In the Northern Song Dynasty, Jimi Prefecture in Jincheng and Jimi counties in Jincheng and Bao'an were established.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belongs to Hechi county.
In 1951, Jinchengjiang town was established.
On January 8, 1953, Hechi County moved from Hechi to Jinchengjiang.
On March 2, 1956, Hechi county was transferred to Yishan area of Guixi Tongzu Autonomous Prefecture.
On January 25, 1958, it was transferred to Yishan district. On July 19 of the same year, it was transferred to Liuzhou District and Jinchengjiang commune was set up.
In 1962, Jinchengjiang town was set up in this street.
On May 18, 1965, Hechi district was set up to govern Hechi county. In July of the next year, Hechi County moved to Hechi town again.
In July 1968, Hechi county was relocated to Jinchengjiang town.
In 1970, Jinchengjiang town was changed into Jinchengjiang commune.
In 1971, Hechi district was changed into Hechi District, which belongs to Hechi county.
In 1975, Jinchengjiang commune was transformed into Jinchengjiang town.
On October 8, 1983, Hechi City (county level) was set up under the jurisdiction of Hechi Prefecture.
On June 18, 2002, Hechi district was abolished and prefecture level Hechi City was established. County level Hechi City was changed into Jinchengjiang district.
On June 13, 2005, the government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GZH 169) agreed to adjust the administrative divisions of some towns in Jinchengjiang District: abolish Jinchengjiang town and set up a sub district office, with the former administrative region of Jinchengjiang town as the jurisdiction of the sub district office.

As of June 2020, Jinchengjiang street has 15 communities under its jurisdiction: Chengbei community, Qiaobu community, Zhongshan community, ethnic community, Jiefang community, Dongfeng community, Layou community, Xinhua community, square community, Xinjian community, Shuidong community, Laojie community, Weiliu community, education community and Xihuan community; the street office is located in Xinjian community.
