China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park
China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park is located in rhino foot town, Qinnan District, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Autonomous Region, China. With a total planning area of 55 square kilometers, it is an industrial new town integrating industry, commerce and residence.
China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park is an industrial park established after the consensus reached by the prime ministers of Malaysia and China in mid April 2011. It is also the Third International Park jointly constructed by the Chinese government and foreign governments. Focus on the development of biomedicine, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, new energy and new materials, modern service industry and ASEAN's traditional advantageous industries, and strive to build high-end industry cluster area, industry city integration demonstration area, science and education and talent resource enrichment area, and international cooperation and free trade pilot area.
According to the cooperation mode of "government building, park support, enterprise operation, project driving and benefit sharing", the park will build a high-tech, low-carbon and international industrial park, which will become a landmark project of economic and trade cooperation between China and Malaysia and a new model of China ASEAN free trade area cooperation.

On April 28, 2011, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of dialogue between China and ASEAN, then Premier Wen Jiabao visited Malaysia and reached a consensus with Malaysian Prime Minister Najib on jointly building China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park. On October 21 of the same year, during the 8th China ASEAN Expo, Premier Wen Jiabao and Prime Minister Najib witnessed in person the signing of the cooperation document of China Malaysia Qinzhou industrial park by the Ministry of Commerce / Ministry of trade and industry of the two countries and the unveiling of the park. On March 26, 2012, the State Council approved the establishment of China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park. On April 1, 2012, Premier Wen Jiabao and Prime Minister Najib jointly attended the opening ceremony of the park and laid the foundation for the park. On February 5, 2013, Jia Qinglin, then chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, and Prime Minister Najib of Malaysia jointly attended the launching ceremony of Malaysia China Guandan Industrial Park in Guandan, Malaysia. The "two countries, two parks" model has set a precedent for the international cooperation of parks in China.
