Sandaohe town

The three river town, belonging to the Xing Long county of Chengde, Hebei, is located in the east of Xing Long county. It is adjacent to hetlet Township, Qianxi County, and is connected to Hongshan County, Zunhua County, South. It connects with the West town of Chengde, and the north is surrounded by mushroom town. The area is 119.69 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the registered residence population is 16794.

In August 1945, it was the Fifth District of Xinglong County. In May 1956, sandaohe township was built. In March 1984, sandaohe township was established. In December 1988, Che He'nan township was incorporated into Henan Province. In April 2017, the township was set up. As of June 2020, sandaohe town has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages.

In 2018, sandaohe town has one industrial enterprise and eight comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In August 1945, it was the Fifth District of Xinglong County.

In May 1956, sandaohe township was built.

In August 1958, the township was withdrawn to establish a commune, belonging to Dongfeng (lanqiying) commune.

In July 1961, sandaohe commune was established in lanqiying commune.

In March 1984, sandaohe township was established.

In December 1988, Che He'nan township was incorporated into Henan Province.

In April 2017, the township was set up.

Sandaohe town is located in the east of Xinglong County, adjacent to han'erzhuang township of Qianxi County in the East, Hongshankou township of Zunhua County in the south, lanqiying town in the West and mushuyu town in the north, with an area of 119.69 square kilometers.

Sandaohe town is located in the mountainous and hilly transition zone, high in the West and low in the East. Niuanling, the highest peak in the territory, is located in Zhongxing village, with an altitude of 892 meters; Ertang village, with an altitude of 197 meters, is the lowest point.
