Baipeng Town, belonging to Liujiang District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Liujiang District, adjacent to Chuanshan and Jinde towns in the East, Qidong Township, Xingbin District, Laibin City in the south, xilianligao town and Jiayi Township, Xincheng County, Laibin City in the west, Sandu town and Chengtuan town in the north. In 1933, Baipeng township was established in Liuzhou county. In 1958, it was changed into Baipeng commune. In August 1962, Baipeng commune was changed into Baipeng district. In April 1968, Baipeng district was changed into Baipeng commune. In September 1984, Baipeng commune was changed into Baipeng township. In November 1996, Baipeng township was changed into Baipeng town. As of June 2020, Baipeng town has jurisdiction over 16 administrative villages. In 1933, Baipeng township was established in Liuzhou county.
In 1958, it was changed into Baipeng commune.
In August 1962, Baipeng commune was changed into Baipeng district.
