The Party committee and government of Luorong town regard the construction of Luorong market town as a new economic growth point. In order to speed up the pace of market town construction, the "who pays, who benefits" incentive method was adopted. A total of 400 mu of phase V real estate was developed. All streets were hardened and afforested. Water supply, power supply, sewage and other supporting facilities were complete. Luorong market and luomaoyuan Market were built. The old monuments at the intersection of urban roads were relocated. A water supply project with a daily water supply of 5000 tons was built and high poles were installed Lights and all the street lights, in the traffic lane installed neon lights, the Luorong night scene embellishment is particularly beautiful. At the same time, we made a "four in one" market town construction plan within 15 years to make the market town layout reasonable. The development of market town construction has driven the rapid development of agriculture, industry, commerce, trade, culture and tourism. Township enterprises are the "majority" of Luorong's economic development. Taking 17 enterprises in Luorong Industrial Park as a typical example, 17 preferential policies have been formulated and four measures have been taken to guide and promote the development of township enterprises. There are more than 170 enterprises in the town, including red brick, transportation, construction, metal products, smelting, packaging, alloy, zinc products, food, locomotive repair, plastic, etc. Red brick, construction, transportation and processing of agricultural and sideline products are the pillar industries of Luorong township enterprises; eight transportation companies have more than 1000 vehicles of various kinds, with an annual output value of over 100 million yuan. It is convenient for water transportation. Liujiang River in the west of Luorong has two wharves, and Luoqing river has one, with an annual throughput of 150000 tons. Luorong Industrial Park is the "leader" of township enterprises. The industrial park was planned to be established in 1992, covering an area of 100 hectares. It is adjacent to national highway 322 in the north and Guilin Liuzhou Expressway in the south, about 2 km away from the center of Luorong town. The industrial park has good geological conditions, flat land, and complete water supply, power supply, communication, transportation, environmental protection and other infrastructure and service facilities. It has developed and used more than 400 mu of land, built 17 industrial enterprises integrating building materials, chemical industry, smelting, casting and packaging, with an investment of more than 50 million yuan, of which more than 30 million yuan has been imported from outside the county, and more than 1000 people have been employed It is an industrial park with great development potential. Luorong Rongxing motorcade is another typical enterprise. The motorcade is located at No.21 luoliu road beside the 322 National Road in Luorong town. It is the largest private motorcade with the strongest comprehensive strength in Liuzhou. Founded in 1996, the team has 216 employees, 98 large and small cars, and 408 tons of operating vehicles. The business network of the motorcade extends to all counties in Liuzhou, with an annual output value of 6 million yuan and an annual tax of 350000 yuan. In terms of agriculture, Luorong town Party committee and government are market-oriented, focusing on sugarcane and fruit production, industrial structure adjustment, developing "three fields" construction, adjusting the planting proportion of grain and cash crops, returning low-income crops with a slope of more than 25 degrees to fruit, vigorously developing famous, special and high-quality fruits, taking Bantang village's 1000 mu shed off-season vegetables and Gaoyan village's 3000 mu continuous high-quality vegetables Quality navel orange base as a model, through information guidance and technical guidance, to promote the development of fruit and sugarcane in the town.
