Liujing town

Liujing Town, subordinate to Heng County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the northwest of Heng County. It is connected with Taowei town in the East, Pinglang Township, Xinfu town and Pingma town in the south, Luancheng town and Qingxiu District of Nanning City in the west, Shitang town and Binyang County in the north. The administrative area of Liujing town is 360.17 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of six Jing towns was 106019.

In 1962, Liangzhe district was set up. Liujing Township belongs to Luancheng district. In 1968, Liangzhe commune was established in Liangzhe District, and Liujing commune was added. In October 1984, Liujing commune was abolished and changed to Liujing Town, and Liangzhe commune was abolished and changed to Liangzhe township. In 1994, Liangzhe township was changed into Liangzhe town. In July 2005, Liangzhe town and Liujing town merged to form a new Liujing town. As of June 2020, Liujing town has jurisdiction over 3 communities and 27 administrative villages. The town people's government is stationed at 34 Jingxing road.

History of construction

In 1962, Liangzhe district was set up. Liujing Township belongs to Luancheng district.

In 1968, Liangzhe commune was established in Liangzhe District, and Liujing commune was added.

In October 1984, Liujing commune was abolished and changed to Liujing Town, and Liangzhe commune was abolished and changed to Liangzhe township.

In 1994, Liangzhe township was changed into Liangzhe town.

In July 2005, Liangzhe town and Liujing town merged to form a new Liujing town.
