Gutan Township, belonging to Long'an County, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Long'an County, adjacent to natong town in the East, Tanluo town in XIXIANGTANG district and Zhongdong town in Fusui County in the south, and Qiaojian town in the West and North. The administrative area of Gutan township is 123.84 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 27164 people had registered residence in ancient Tan township.
