Dongsha Street

Dongsha street is located in the southeast of Liwan District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. It is surrounded by water on three sides and adjacent to Haizhu District and Panyu District. General situation

The Dongsha area is surrounded by a 7.8 km long coastline of the Pearl River, covering a total area of 7.9 square kilometers, including a land area of 6.3 square kilometers. There are 3203 rental houses and 16265 sets in the street, and 20640 floating people live in the rental houses. There are only 26 managers of rental housing, with 626 rental housing units per capita. Under the guidance of the head of the Liaison Station, they carry out the daily work of the Liaison Station. Each Liaison Station is equipped with eye-catching signboards, and the responsibilities, organizational structure and other related contents of the Liaison Station are put on the wall. Through the list provided by the contact station, the flow management center has helped 15 extremely poor floating people and 60 poor floating people. A total of 51 kinds of knowledge training were held in the Liaison Station. We planned and organized the company's floating personnel to participate in relevant artistic performances, sports competitions, specialty exhibitions, heart to heart talks and other activities, and held evening parties and sports meetings, which improved the overall quality of the floating personnel to a certain extent. To provide migrant workers with employment guidance, housing rental, residence permit processing and other related services at their own door, so as to better integrate management into service. Through the establishment of 33 enterprise mobile personnel contact stations, the distance between the center, enterprises and mobile personnel has been greatly shortened, the communication between them has been promoted, and the management and service efficiency of the center has been improved. 33 liaison stations have established rosters and related files of migrant workers, providing housing rental services for 115 migrant workers, applying for residence permits for 5434 migrant workers, providing assistance and subsidies for 75 poor migrant workers, holding 6 large-scale consultation meetings and 36 symposiums, and achieving good social effects.
